What happens in case of negative feedback?

WWOOF takes feedback from its members very seriously.

In the event of negative feedback or a negative review - whether through a public comment or a report made to the team - we take action in proportion to the facts reported.

In accordance with our internal rules, we have a disciplinary procedure which for smaller issues may result in a simple reminder or warning. For more serious or repeated breaches, the result may be temporary or permanent exclusion. In any case, the organization may disable visit requests, revoke a host approval or suspend the member during investigation.
