Visit request data from the last 90 days is used to calculate the response rate and time statistics. There is a 7-day grace period for hosts to respond to a visit request before the request is counted as not responded to and it affects the host's response rate and time.
If a host does not have any visit requests within the past 90 days, we optimistically show their response rate as 100% and hide the non-existent response time field.
We hope these statistics encourage hosts to respond promptly to WWOOFers and also to set appropriate expectations for WWOOFers in regards to hosts' communication tendencies.
