We encourage all members to share their feedback at the end of each visit. Feedback helps build trust, transparency, and accountability within the WWOOF community.
To leave feedback:
- Sign in to your account
- Navigate to your inbox
- Open the conversation with the member you'd like to leave feedback for
- Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the conversation and select Leave feedback
- Add your feedback (up to 1500 characters)
- You will also have the opportunity to leave a private note for the WWOOF team
- Before submitting, make sure your public feedback complies with WWOOF's Feedback Policy
After you submit your feedback, your host or WWOOFer will receive an email informing them that you have left them feedback on their profile (without being able to read its content) and inviting them to do the same. At this point, a 14-day period will begin during which your host or WWOOFer can leave feedback on your profile.
To encourage honest and unbiased feedback, comments are only posted after both the host and the WWOOFer have written their feedback or when the 14-day period has ended, whichever comes first.
Once the 14-day period has passed, you can no longer leave new feedback for that visit. However, you can still reply to feedback posted on your profile if you’d like to provide extra context, share your perspective, or address concerns. Please keep your reply respectful, relevant, and in line with our Feedback Policy.
To reply to public feedback:
- Sign in to your account
- Go to your profile
- Find the relevant feedback and click Reply
Please protect everyone's privacy when leaving public feedback or replies. Do not include full names, farm names, exact locations, contact information, or links to other websites. Keep your comments focused on your experience so they remain helpful to future WWOOFers and hosts while respecting the privacy of everyone involved.
Please also note that feedback cannot be deleted by the member who received it. We will only remove feedback if it violates our Feedback Policy. If you believe that a public comment does not comply with that policy, please contact us, indicating which rule(s) you believe it violates.
