We encourage all members to share their feedback at the end of each visit. This is essential to foster trust and transparency within the WWOOF network.
To post your feedback, you must be an active or former member of WWOOF. Log in to your account, navigate to your inbox and select the conversation with the member you'd like to review. From that conversation, click the 3 dots in the top right corner to see the Leave feedback option. Please note that there is a 1500 character limit for your text.
You will then have the opportunity to write a public feedback, as well as a private note to the WWOOF team. Your host or WWOOFer will then receive an email informing them that you have left them feedback on their profile (without being able to read its content), and inviting them to do the same. At this point, a 14-day period will begin during which your host or WWOOFer can leave feedback on your profile.
To promote honest and unbiased feedback, comments are only posted after both the host and the WWOOFer have written their feedback, or when the 14-day review period has ended.
Once this period has passed, it is still possible to reply to the feedback you received, but it is no longer possible for you to submit new feedback on the WWOOFer's or the host's profile.
