You can publicly reply to feedback other members have left on your profile, but you cannot delete them. Feedback is only deleted if they violate our feedback policy. If you believe that a feedback violates our feedback policy, please contact us indicating what rule(s) the review is breaking.
If you would like to respond to a feedback to add additional information, provide your own perspective on a situation, or to address feedback given, you can write a response directly below the original feedback. If you choose to leave a response, be sure to follow our feedback policy and provide relevant information for future hosts and WWOOFers.
To reply to a feedback:
- Sign into your account
- Go to your host or WWOOFer profile
- Under the relevant feedback, click on Reply
