Yes! Hosts with or without lodging can select the ‘One-day (local)’ option under ‘Preferred Length of Stay’. This is a great option for new farms without infrastructure, urban or community farms and gardens, or any host that is interested in connecting with WWOOFers that already live in their city or area.
Local hosts are welcome to share a meal or send home produce with visiting WWOOFers, if they can. Local WWOOFing is a great way to build sustaining relationships with WWOOFers who can regularly commute to your farm or project.
