WWOOFers are guests in your home. As such, they are usually happy to eat what you eat. It's part of your responsibility as hosts to provide good wholesome food.
Hosts are advised to inquire in advance if a WWOOFer has any dietary restrictions and to respect those needs if you accept their visit request. However, you are under no obligation to provide specialized or extravagant foods and may request that the WWOOFer provide those for themselves if desired.
Please note that you should provide food to WWOOFers during all of their stay (days off included). Although you have no obligation to prepare and share all meals with WWOOFers, we recommend having at least one shared meal a day. If you are not eating all meals together, please provide cooking facilities, utensils, and sufficient ingredients for WWOOFers to prepare their own meals. The food provided should be varied, nutritionally balanced, and in adequate quantity. It should also be primarily organic and include produce from the farm, when possible.
Please give clear indications on your profile about how meals are arranged at your place.
When new WWOOFers arrive, make sure to explain to them what food is for general use.
If WWOOFers decide to eat out, they are responsible for the cost.
